About Shenyang Aerospace University

Shenyang Aerospace University (SAU) is a multidisciplinary university under the administration of the Liaoning Provincial Government, with a strong focus on aerospace engineering. It is part of the national "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program."

Founded in 1952 to train professionals in aviation engineering, the university has since expanded to cover a wide range of disciplines, including engineering, science, humanities, management, economics, law, and the arts. With significant strengths in aerospace, SAU is often referred to as the "cradle of aerospace engineers."

The university has two campuses: the Daoyi Campus in Shenbei New District and the Beiling Campus in Huanggu District, covering an area of over 1,730 acres. SAU comprises 20 colleges, offering 58 undergraduate programs and hosting several national and provincial key laboratories and research centers.
